Trust and transparency

Accessibility statement

London Balcony Hotels aims to provide an inclusive, keyboard-accessible experience that works across common browsers, devices and assistive technologies.

Draft — not a final legal notice.

This page describes current engineering behaviour, but owner-supplied details and legal review are incomplete. It is excluded from search indexing until every required item is approved.

Measures we take

The site uses semantic landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, labelled controls, responsive tables, descriptive image text and reduced-motion preferences where practical.

  • Booking and official-source links use descriptive labels.
  • Consent controls remain usable when optional analytics is rejected.
  • Hotel evidence and room names are available as text rather than only through imagery.

Known limitations

Third-party hotel and booking websites are outside our control. Some dense comparison tables require horizontal scrolling on small screens, with their headings and captions retained for context.

Accessibility feedback

A monitored public accessibility mailbox is not yet configured. Until it is available, do not send personal, booking or payment information through this site. Contact details will be added after the mailbox and retention process are ready.
