Material room-category, balcony-access, pricing and image-rights errors should be corrected promptly and transparently.

Correction process

Check the current primary source, preserve the evidence, update the affected fields and verification date, and remove claims that cannot be supported.

  • Prioritise safety, privacy and room-access errors.
  • Suppress stale prices rather than estimating replacements.
  • Remove images immediately if rights are uncertain.
  • Retain redirects when a published URL changes.

Rights complaints

Suspected infringement is handled through the permissions and takedown workflow. The team should preserve the report, temporarily restrict disputed material where appropriate, verify the claim and record the outcome.

  • Do not promise a legal outcome or response time until reviewed.
  • Do not publish personal correspondence.
  • Escalate contested ownership or licensing questions for legal review.
