Reporting a correction
Record the page URL, exact statement, current official source and date checked. The editorial team should preserve the correction evidence and update the verification date when a change is accepted.
Rights and takedown reports
Use the copyright and permissions page for the information needed to report suspected infringement. A dedicated rights mailbox must be configured before that workflow is treated as operational.
- Do not send passports or other identity documents unless a solicitor confirms they are necessary.
- Do not include payment, booking or guest information.
- Preserve the exact URL and evidence supporting the request.
